When you submit a valuation request, we collect your name, phone number, seller profile type, optional remarks, and the uploaded photographs of your PSA 10 graded slabs. We do not collect cookies or device metadata for tracking purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your contact details (name and phone number) are strictly used to coordinate COD meetups in Klang Valley and share buyback valuations. Slab photos are processed by our backend and analyzed through Gemini AI vision models to retrieve card and certificate information.

3. Data Protection and Third Parties

We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties. Access to your submission information is confined strictly to authenticated administrators and staff members via our secure backoffice portal.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We only retain your submission records for as long as necessary to complete the valuation and trade. You have the right to request deletion of your submission records and contact details from our database at any time by contacting our administrators.
