Welcome to Card2Trade. These terms and conditions governing your use of our platform, including our AI-assisted PSA 10 Pokemon card buyback evaluation service.

1. Eligibility and Card Grade Requirements

Card2Trade exclusively processes and purchases Gem Mint PSA 10 graded Pokemon cards. Any raw, ungraded cards, or cards graded lower or by other service providers are automatically filtered and rejected. We hold no obligation to respond to ineligible card submissions.

2. Submission Integrity & Authenticity

You agree that all photos and metadata submitted (such as certification numbers) represent genuine items currently in your possession. Submitting modified images or certificate values will result in immediate bans and possible blacklisting within regional TCG communities.

3. Klang Valley Cash on Delivery (COD)

Physical meetups and instant cash payouts are strictly limited to the Klang Valley area. During meetup, our experts will visually inspect the physical slab condition. We reserve the absolute right to cancel the buyback if there is any evidence of slab tampering.

4. Pricing Estimates and Market Valuations

The valuation generated by our Gemini AI models serves as a suggested market price and buying estimate. It does not constitute a legally binding offer to purchase. Payout terms and final offers are settled physically upon card inspection.
